Submission

Papers must be submitted online by June 19, 2025 July 31, 2025, exclusively via CMT platform. The first page must include the title of the paper, the authors’ names and affiliations, an abstract, and keywords, all centered below the top margin. Each paper is limited to six pages, with the option to add up to two additional pages for a fee. The page count must include all illustrations and references.

All submitted papers will undergo a double blind review process managed by the Review and Publication committees in collaboration with the Technical Program Committee (TPC) chairs. Authors will be informed of the review outcomes by September 08, 2025. Final versions of accepted papers must be submitted by September 28, 2025.

Authors are highly encouraged to use the official IEEE Templates available in both MS Word and LaTeX formats to ensure compatibility with the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Submitted papers for iThenticate review must be in PDF format only; no other formats will be accepted. Papers will be submitted from CMT to iThenticate for plagiarism checking and to verify the originality of the unpublished work.

Accepted papers must be presented during the conference. Final manuscripts must be accompanied by a completed registration form and proof of full payment. Presented and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, but inclusion is not guaranteed and is subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Camera Ready Instructions

Camera-ready papers must be submitted online via the CMT platform no later than November 8, 2025.

Submissions must strictly follow the IEEE A4-size format, using either the A4-size Word template [click here] or the A4-size LaTeX Template [click here]. Each paper is limited to six (6) pages, with the option to add up to two additional pages for a maximum of eight (8) pages. The page limit includes all figures, tables, and references.
